About Me

As a former supervisor for an e-commerce warehouse, with ten years of experience in manufacturing, aerospace, and e-commerce, my background is not traditional for a designer. However, my experience in these multiple industries has helped shape how I approach design today. As a supervisor, I learned how to redesign manufacturing workflows and workstations to increase efficiency and reduce waste. While also understanding that the design of an environment or workflow can affect human behavior.

As a designer, I merge my previous work experience with digital products. I have the unique skill set to understand how design affects not just the flow of a product but how people interact with it. My management experience helps me to communicate clearly with employees and stakeholders and shapes how I design products that connect with users.

In my free time:
• I’m an abstract painter that has been showcased in a couple of art shows in Los Angeles
• I love to travel (Malaga, Spain is my favorite destination & coindicentally, Pablo Picasso's birth place)
• I’m constantly searching for the perfect burrito.
